Vinegret in a new way: what to add to a healthy salad for a bright taste
Vinegret is an ideal fall and winter salad based on healthy vegetables, legumes, salt, and oil. To make the salad more savory, add sauerkraut, garlic, and herring.
- potatoes - 300 g
- beetroot - 200 g
- carrots - 200 g
- peas - 200 g
- sauerkraut - 200 g
- pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets. Peel and dice them. Dice the cucumber as well.
2. Put everything in a large bowl - potatoes, beets, carrots, cucumber, canned peas (or canned beans), sauerkraut. Add the finely chopped dill, salt and pepper, season with olive oil, and mix.
