The chef shared a recipe for a delicious vinegret with sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 300 g
- beetroot - 200 g
- carrots - 200 g
- peas - 200 g
- sauerkraut - 200 g
- pickled cucumbers - 150 g
- dill
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil potatoes, carrots and beets. Peel and dice them. Dice the cucumber as well.
2. Put everything in a large bowl - potatoes, beets, carrots, cucumber, canned peas (or canned beans), sauerkraut. Add the finely chopped dill, salt and pepper, season with olive oil, and mix.
