"Miss Universe Ukraine" Anhelina Usanova commented on her relationship with the participant from Russia: they sat at the same table

Anhelina Usanova, a Kyiv-based singer, model, and volunteer, has traveled to El Salvador to represent Ukraine at the grand Miss Universe pageant. Traditionally, the organizers aim to foster "friendship" between the Ukrainian and the representative from Russia. This includes seating them at the same table during the welcome party. However, Anhelina herself has stated that she has had no contact with the Russian contestant, Margarita Golubeva.

This clarification was shared by the Kyiv resident on her InstaStories. She assured that she and the Russian representative live on different floors, follow different schedules, and barely cross paths.

Anhelina invited her more than 7,500 subscribers to communicate and ask her any questions they might have. One of her followers inquired about her relationship with the Russian contestant.

Usanova responded to this:"The Russian representative shows no interest in communicating with me. Furthermore, we are on different floors, in different groups, and have entirely different daily plans. That's why we don't interact at all."

The Ukrainian representative decided to omit the fact that she sat at the same table with the Russian woman.

Notably, Anhelina was placed at the same table as the Russian contestant during the welcome party in El Salvador. It seems that the pageant organizers once again attempted to create the illusion of "friendship" between participants from countries affected by conflicts. Surprisingly, the Ukrainian contestant did not request a different seat or refuse to sit with the Russian participant. This raised concerns among Ukrainian fans.

It's worth mentioning that this year, Russia is represented at Miss Universe by 22-year-old Margarita Golubeva, who is studying in Moscow under the tutelage of Larysa Dolina, a figure regarded as a traitor to Ukraine. At the contest's first party, Golubeva happily proclaimed that she represented the country with the "best culture."
