The mirror will shine: this simple home remedy helps remove dirt and streaks

A mirror is an essential element of any interior. Simply because it is a very functional object that you cannot do without when taking care of yourself or getting ready for work. Moreover, properly positioned mirrors reflect light, multiplying it throughout the house, and can make your small space visually larger. All of these functions can be disrupted by dirt on the mirror as stains on a shiny glass surface accumulate quite quickly and are very visible.

To quickly return the mirror to its original cleanliness, you will need to use only one simple homemade remedy. OBOZ.UA shares a recipe for a vinegar spray that will make caring for mirror surfaces a breeze.

To make a natural remedy, you just need to take a spray bottle and pour equal amounts of white vinegar and water into it. When you notice a stain on the mirror, just spray it with this product and wipe it off. The best way to do this is to use lint-free microfiber cloths.

Some people use paper towels to clean their mirrors, but this is not a perfect option. First of all, small cellulose fibers can peel off the paper when exposed to moisture and remain on the surface. In addition, paper can scratch glass. Therefore, a microfiber cloth is a much better choice for mirror care.

Do not use circular motions to clean the mirror. Wipe it as if you were drawing giant eights on it instead. Finally, polish the surface from top to bottom in a zigzag motion. After you've wiped the mirror, look at it from a 45-degree angle to make sure there are no streaks.

If the mirror still needs spot cleaning, moisten a corner of a microfiber cloth with vinegar spray and wipe the difficult area. Finally, polish the surface again. However, be sure to take a completely dry napkin this time.
