The Feynman Technique. Four steps to learn anything once and for all
The world-famous physicist Richard Feynman developed his own simple way of learning material that allows you to learn anything and never forget it. The technique consists in collecting as much information as possible and studying it.
According to the University of Colorado's website, the Technique of deep learning and mastering topics consists of four steps. Namely, learning for yourself, teaching others, filling in the gaps in the new skill, and simplifying.
Step 1 - Study
All you have to do is choose a topic and start studying it. Just write down everything you know about the skill on a piece of paper. Try to break it down into its main components and understand it in general.
Step 2 - Teach
Once you've fully explored the topic, move on to step 2. You can do this even for an imaginary audience. It's important to explain the purpose and the main strategies.

Step 3 - Fill in the blanks
This is a return to learning, but with increased attention to things that are not clear. The point is to eliminate the weaknesses and turn them into strengths.
Step 4 - Simplify
At this stage, it is important to get rid of the superfluous and explain something so clearly that even young children with limited vocabulary can understand it. This will shed light on how different elements fit together. It's important to break everything down into its simplest forms and express it briefly and clearly.
