Carrots are root vegetables, which means they are grown for their large and strong roots. If you pinch it off, there will be no harvest.

Radishes are the same as carrots. In addition, the root system of the plant, in addition to the fruit itself, has rather small, weak roots that can die after the procedure.

Spinach is a leafy vegetable that is very sensitive in the early stages of growth. Therefore, picking is contraindicated as it is too rough a procedure for delicate spinach.

Radish is a root vegetable. Therefore, the procedure of pinching the root will not benefit it.

How to pickle correctly and safely
