How to quickly clean window frames: an inexpensive solution will help
Plastic window frames tend to turn yellow over time, usually due to exposure to active sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and constant condensation.
Few people know that an affordable and environmentally friendly solution can help whiten the frames. The Sante Plus publication shared how to prepare an effective solution.
The necessary ingredients:
- Apple cider vinegar
- Baking soda
- Dishwashing detergent
- Water
Apple cider vinegar is the primary and most active ingredient due to its acidic but mild structure.
Soda has disinfectant and emollient properties, while the detergent helps eliminate dirt and stains.
Step 1. Dissolve 4 tablespoons of baking soda in a small amount of water.
Step 2. Add 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 4 tablespoons of dishwashing liquid. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3. Apply the mixture to the window frames and leave it for 6 hours. Then wipe with a microfiber cloth to collect dust and other dirt. Rinse with plenty of water and dry with a clean, dry towel.
