Those who have already tried this life hack say that it helps to get rid of stubborn dirt on carpets and stains on upholstered furniture. It also refreshes the fabric and removes unpleasant odors from it. The main caveat is you need to take the foam, not the gel.
What makes it so effective? Firstly, the texture allows the product to penetrate deep into the fibers and push dirt out from under them. Secondly, the presence of surfactants and cleaners destroys grease and other pollutants.
To use the power of the foam, apply it evenly to the contaminated area and leave it on for 20 minutes. After that, gently, without friction, remove the remnants of the product with a cloth or paper towel and vacuum the treated surface thoroughly. If a wet mark remains, dry it with a regular hair dryer. If the stain has not completely disappeared, the procedure can be repeated as many times as necessary to completely remove it.
