1. In a container, mix white vinegar, baking soda, and hot water in equal amounts.
2. You can apply the mixture to the wooden fence with a brush or a spray bottle.
3. Leave it on for a while to let the acids work.
4. Brush the fence with a coarse bristle brush or a street broom.
5. Rinse the surface with clean water.
