How to clean tiles seams in the bathroom: a quick way for a perfect shine

Tile seams are one of the most problematic places to clean in the house. Dust and dirt collect in them quickly, as well as limescale. Mold also develops easily in these places, which is easier to prevent with timely cleaning than to deal with later. But it often takes quite a bit of effort to clean the seams.

OBOZREVATEL shares a recipe for a home remedy that will help you easily cope with the problem. It will remove dirt without damaging the material from which the seams are made as they are quite sensitive to aggressive impact and friction.

To prepare a solution for cleaning tile seams, you will need:

• warm water - 1.5 liters
• citric acid - 1 teaspoon
• dishwashing liquid - 4 teaspoons

Put all the ingredients in one container and mix well until foam forms. The cleaning liquid is ready.

It should be applied to the seams and left to act for 10-15 minutes. After that, the seams are treated with a soft brush, such as an old toothbrush, or rubbed with a sponge. Then you just have to rinse off the product and enjoy the cleanliness.
