Universal marinades for any meat: top 3

If you don't know what marinade to choose for your favorite meat to make it tasty, use one of these options. These versatile sauces are very easy to prepare and don't take much time. They can be used for grilling meat outdoors, in a frying pan, or in the oven.

Onion marinade:

• meat – 700 g
• onions – 1-2 pcs
• water – 30 ml
• dry garlic –1 tsp
• salt – 1 tsp
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• ground black pepper

Asian marinade:

• meat – 700 g
• Chinese sweet chili sauce – 2-3 tbsp
• soy sauce – 2 tbsp
• vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
• dry garlic – 1 tsp

Curry marinade (best for wings):

• chicken wings – 1 kg
• vegetable oil – 3 tbsp
• curry seasoning – 1 tsp with a slide

• mustard – 1 tsp with a slide
• salt – 1 tsp
