The idea of making a dietary pumpkin dessert in a glass was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Irina with the nickname brutsia. Instead of sugar, add honey.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of baked pumpkin
- 2 tbsp. of cream
- 1 tsp. of honey
- 1 tbsp. of lemon juice
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp. of chia seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the pumpkin with a blender.
2. Add cream and honey.
3. Pour in the lemon juice.
4. Put in the chia seeds and add salt.
5. Mix everything.
6. Put in a glass and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
