To make sure you always have something for tea at home, use puff pastry, which is sure to be in your freezer. It can be used to make crispy and sweet bagels. You can put nuts as a filling and sprinkle them on top.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry - 500 g
  • walnuts - 200 g (approximately)
  • sugar - 50 g
  • butter - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine the nuts in a blender with the sugar and beat.

2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 centimeters.

3. Cut into triangles.

4. If you want to make small bagels, the thickness should be about 3-4 cm. The wider the base, the longer the bagels will be.

5. Grease the triangles with melted butter.

6. Sprinkle with nuts.

7. Wrap and grease with butter.

8. Roll the bagels in nuts.

9. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

10. Cover with cling film and wait for about 20 minutes, if it takes longer, it's okay. The bagels will grow a little in size.

11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

12. Bake without cling film for 20-30 minutes.
