If you cook stuffed potatoes for lunch, you will save a lot of time. You don't need to make meatballs or cutlets or garnish separately because all of this is combined in one dish. It turns out to be very satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 1.5 kg.
  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onion - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • tomato sauce - 5-6 tbsp.
  • cream - 250 ml.
  • water - 1-2 cups
  • salt, pepper, dry garlic to taste
  • favorite herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Add grated onion, salt, pepper and dry garlic to minced meat.

2. Peel potatoes and cut out the center.

3. Stuff them.

4. Fry onions and carrots for the filling.

5. Add tomato sauce, water, cream and spices to taste.

6. Add potatoes and bay leaves and cook over low heat until tender, covered, for about an hour.
