Delicious country-style potatoes for dinner in the oven: sharing the easiest and most successful recipe

Country-style potatoes are one of the easiest and most delicious dishes of potatoes. The dish is very simple to prepare, just wash the potatoes, cut into slices, mix with spices and bake for less than 30 minutes. Serve the dish with any sauce you like.

Culinarian Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious potatoes, with salt and garlic.

Ingredients:

• potatoes - 8-9 pcs.
• garlic - 1 tooth.
• vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
• salt - 1 tsp.
• spices: 1 tsp. paprika, 1/3 tsp. oregano, 1/3 tsp. curry.

Sauce:

• sour cream
• pickled cucumber
• mustard in grains
• greens
• onions

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes, cut into wedges, add spices, mix and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200 C.

3. Sauce: Mix sour cream with salt, spices, mustard, grated onion, and a medium pickle.

Serve the potatoes with tartar sauce, it will be delicious!
