Without yeast and eggs: how to make thin pita bread at home

Thin pita bread can be easily made at home. Most importantly, you don't need to use eggs, yeast, or any other dairy products for the dough. You don't even have to bake anything, because lavash can be fried in a pan.
Food blogger Mariia Hnativ (maria_gnativ_) shared a recipe for thin pita bread in a pan on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- flour – 350 g
- boiling water – 200 ml
- salt – 1 tsp.
- oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the sifted flour, salt, oil, and boiling water. Mix with a spatula at first, then continue kneading the dough with your hands.
2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap or put it in a bag and leave it for 30 minutes.
3. After that, divide the dough into several parts and roll each of them out thinly.
4. Fry the pita bread on both sides in a frying pan. Grease each finished pita with water and cover with a towel.
