  • Canned mackerel in oil - 1 can
  • Boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese - 250 g
  • Crackers - 20 g
  • Gherkin cucumbers - 40 g
  • Mustard - 15 g
  • Yogurt without additives - 150 g
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Sandwiches of medium size

Method of preparation:

1. Squeeze the cottage cheese well from excess moisture.

2. Boil the eggs and grate them.

4. Finely chop the gherkins.
