  • Chinese cabbage - 1/2 pc.
  • canned peas - 1 can
  • greens (dill, parsley, green onions) - a bunch

For the dressing:

  • salt - 1/3 tsp.
  • mustard - 1/2 tsp.
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • garlic - 1 large clove.

Method of preparation:

1️. Chop the cabbage as you like, put it in a deep bowl convenient for mixing.

2️. Finely chop the greens, add to the cabbage in a bowl and add the canned peas.

3️. For the dressing: add grated garlic, medium-hot mustard, salt, ground black pepper to the sour cream and mix well.
