If you want to prepare a delicious, hearty and simple salad in just 10 minutes, choose products that do not need to be pre-cooked, such as fish, smoked fillet or brisket, vegetables, tuna in oil, herring, greens, cheese. To make the salad healthy, it is better to dress it with yogurt or oil rather than mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- canned beans - 150 g
- corn - 150 g
- Korean carrots - 100 g
- smoked chicken meat - 300 g
- cucumbers - 100 g
- salt pepper
- yogurt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
2. Cut the meat into cubes.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add salt and pepper, season with yogurt and mix.
