One of the tastiest and simplest breakfast dishes is a cottage cheese casserole, to which you can add fruits, nuts, and spices to brighten the flavor. To avoid making the dish too heavy, don't add flour and semolina to the base, as they make the dish heavier.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 700 g
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Cream 20% - 150 ml
- Vanilla - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Pears - 2 pcs.
- Caramel syrup - 30 ml
For the chocolate streusel (the top of the casserole):
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and beat with a blender until smooth. Add the cream and mix with a spoon.
2. Peel and core the pears. Put them in a frying pan and simmer with caramel sauce for 3 minutes.
3. Chocolate streusel: mix cocoa, sugar, butter and mix into crumbs.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the cottage cheese mixture. Top with pear halves and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 60 minutes at 160 °C.
6. Remove and leave to cool for 5-6 hours in a cool place.
