The chef shared a recipe for delicious egg pancakes with cheese filling with mayonnaise and garlic on Instagram.
Ingredients:
For pancakes:
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
- spices – to taste
For the filling:
- processed cheese
- garlic
- mayonnaise
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with a blender with mayonnaise until smooth.
2. Fry the pancakes.
3. Filling: mix grated cheese with garlic and mayonnaise.
4. Spread the filling on the pancakes and roll them up.
