How to make the healthiest and most budget-friendly spread: you need a minimum of ingredients
You can make spreads from a variety of products, from canned fish to vegetables and meat.

Ingredients:
- 1 b of tuna in its own juice
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 processed cheeses
- 2-3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- salt, black pepper
- green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Drain the juice from the tuna and mash with a fork.
2. Add grated boiled eggs and grated processed cheese.
3. Add salt, black pepper, Greek yogurt and a little mustard. Mix and spread the croutons.
