If you have leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday, do not rush to throw them away. It can be used to make hearty and tasty potato balls, supplemented with stuffing: cheese, minced meat, or meat. They are easy to prepare and the whole process takes about 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- mashed potatoes
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 2 tablespoons
- spices
- bread crumbs
- cheese - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. First boil the mashed potatoes or use already cooked potatoes.
2. dice the hard cheese - this will be the filling for the balls.
3. Add the egg, flour, and spices to taste the mashed potatoes. Mix until smooth.
4. form medium-sized balls from the resulting potato dough, wrapping each with a piece of cheese.
5. Roll the balls first in egg, then in bread crumbs.
6. Fry the balls in plenty of vegetable oil.
