Ingredients:

For pancakes:

• eggs - 4 pcs.
• sugar - 50 g
• milk - 800 ml
• flour (50/50 wheat and rice) - 300 g
• vegetable oil - 20 g

For the cream:

• cream cheese - 500 g
• cream - 100 ml
• condensed milk / powdered sugar - to taste
• berries, bananas

Method of preparation:

1. Dough: beat eggs with sugar and salt, pour in milk, oil, add flour, and mix. Fry the pancakes.

2. Mix the cottage cheese with condensed milk, add cream, and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.

3. Put the pancakes in the mold, alternating the cream, berries, bananas and pancakes. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator.
