Ingredients:
For pancakes:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- sugar - 50 g
- milk - 800 ml
- flour (50/50 wheat and rice) - 300 g
- vegetable oil - 20 g
For the cream:
- cream cheese - 500 g
- cream - 100 ml
- condensed milk / powdered sugar - to taste
- berries, bananas
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: beat eggs with sugar and salt, pour in milk, oil, add flour, and mix. Fry the pancakes.
