Homemade cheese cakes are a delicious and easy-to-make cottage cheese dish. To ensure that they do not burn, keep their shape and are well fried, cooks advise adding coconut to the base.

Cook Anastasia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious cheese cakes that will keep their shape and not fall apart.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 20-30 g
  • vanilla - a pinch
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • coconut oil for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Add coconut flakes and leave for 5 minutes.

2. With wet hands, form balls, roll in flour and shape in a circular motion.

3. Fry the cheese cakes in coconut oil over low heat under a lid.

Serve with sour cream, jam and berries!
