How to cook broth correctly

The chef shared on Instagram her tips and recipe for a delicious, flavorful chicken broth that will turn out very well.

Broth recipe

Tips:

- Chicken is the best choice for broth. Drain the first water after boiling and cook the meat in new water for another 20 minutes!

- Add spices to the broth at the end.

- Add the herbs to the finished broth before serving.

Homemade broth

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 5 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • chicken thigh - 1 pc.
  • optional universal seasoning - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • bay leaf - 1 large
  • allspice - 3-4 peas
  • dill

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the chicken thigh until it boils and drain the first broth. Then add clean water, cook the thigh again for 20 minutes after boiling. After 20 minutes, remove the thigh from the water.

2️. Add diced potatoes, finely diced carrots and a whole onion to the broth. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling and add the finely chopped thigh, cook until tender for another 20 minutes over low heat.

Vegetables for the dish

3️. Add the bay leaf, pepper, noodles (spider web), salt and pepper 5 minutes before cooking. Add finely chopped dill at the end.
