1. Cottage cheese casserole in the oven

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500-700 g
Homemade cheese
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • sugar - 150 g
  • vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • wheat flour - 60 g
  • raisins - 50 g
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1-2 tbsp
  • butter - 25 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the cottage cheese with a blender, add the yolks, mix. Beat the whites separately with salt and sugar until fluffy.

2. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, sour cream, raisins and flour to the cottage cheese and mix well.

3. Add the beaten egg whites to the finished cottage cheese mixture and mix gently.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour in the batter and bake the casserole at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.

How long to bake a casserole

Sprinkle the casserole with powdered sugar before serving!

2. Salted cottage cheese gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g
  • wheat flour - 150 g
  • butter - 60-70 g
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • sunflower oil - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put soft butter in a small bowl, add flour, salt, baking powder and mix.

2. Add the cottage cheese to this mixture and mix well until smooth.

3. With hands dipped in oil, shape the biscuits, you can just make them round.

Homemade cookies

4. Put the cookies on a baking sheet with parchment and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 C.
