Pilaf is a very easy-to-cook dish that can be prepared with any meat, vegetables, spices, and garlic. You can cook it in a pot, frying pan, and even in the oven and multicooker.

Ingredients:

  • beef (shoulder) - 700 g
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • garlic - 1 head
  • rice (long-grain, steamed) - 390 g
  • seasonings for pilaf - 12 g
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • water - 650 ml
  • vegetable oil - 45 ml (5-6 tbsp)

Method of preparation:

1️. Cut onion into large cubes and carrots into large strips.

2. Add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl. Chop meat into large pieces. Add the meat, onions and carrots and fry for 7-10 minutes. To make the meat tender, cover it with hot water and simmer for one hour.

3. Next, add spices and salt and mix everything. Put well-washed rice on top without stirring.

3. Add a garlic clove in the middle, close the lid, turn on the Porridge or Rice/Wheat mode and cook for 40 minutes.
