Vinaigrette is a healthy, tasty and very easy-to-prepare vegetable salad. It is usually prepared with vegetables, pickles and beans. But if you want to give the dish an original flavor, add herring, anchovies, fresh peas, and sauerkraut.

Ingredients:
- beets - 4-5 pcs.
- potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- canned beans - 1 tin
- onion - 1 pc.
- sauerkraut - 200 g
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- anchovies
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the vegetables and peel and dice them together with the cucumbers.
2. Put the vegetables in a bowl, add the cabbage, beans and finely chopped anchovies. Season with oil and you're ready to eat!
