Homemade cookies can be made from dried fruit, with or without dough, replacing it with, for example, a banana or oatmeal. Instead of sugar, just add honey.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and healthy cookies made with bananas, granola, and sugar-free.
Ingredients:
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 cup of granola with filling
- 1 tbsp. sugar or honey
- optional 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Mash bananas, add granola, sugar, cinnamon, mix.
2. Use your hands to shape the cookies and place them on the parchment.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 C.
