Healthy meatless and flourless cutlets that do not need to be fried: they will be very tasty

Cutlets can be made not only from meat but also from fresh vegetables, mushrooms, legumes, and even sauerkraut.

Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for delicious sauerkraut cutlets with spices and oatmeal on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • sauerkraut - 100 g
  • oatmeal - 20 g
  • onion - 40 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • spices - to taste
  • olive oil for greasing the mold
  • sour cream for serving - 30 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Mix oatmeal with egg, let stand for five minutes.

2. Add finely chopped onion and sauerkraut (squeeze out the brine), add spices, and knead the dough.

3. Shape the cutlets, put them in a baking dish, brush with olive oil and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C. Turn the cutlets over to the other side.

When serving, top with sour cream!
