What to use to make the perfect dough for dumplings and ravioli


  • flour – 320 g
  • water (boiling water) – 200 ml
  • salt – 0.5 tsp
  • 1 yolk
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix flour with salt, pour boiling water, mix, and add the yolk, pour in vegetable oil, and mix.

2. Knead the dough, then cut it into 2 pieces, roll it out, and press it into a circle for dumplings.

3. Put about 1 tsp of the filling in the center and carefully pinch the dumplings or ravioli.
