  • potatoes - 500 g
  • starch - 80 g
  • cheese - optional

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes and mash them, add salt and starch. Mix well and knead the dough.

2. Divide the dough into 9-10 pieces, put cheese in the center of each piece, if desired, and roll up the edges.
