Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- sweet red bell pepper - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- parsley
- salt, pepper
- toasted bread for serving
Method of cooking:
1. Chop the onions and peppers finely.
2. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.
3. Fry onion until soft and golden. Then add peppers and fry until the peppers are soft. Then add the tomatoes, salt, you can add a little sugar if the tomatoes are sour and cook until the liquid is reduced by half and the mixture in the pan is well thickened.
