Diet - it's not always dry porridge, green salads with vegetable oil, fruit. Meals can be very tasty and nourishing. The main thing is to calculate the right number of kilocalories. Then the products will not harm your figure, and you will not feel hunger and enjoy the meal.

The editors of FoodOboz have made for you a selection of five dishes, each of which is no more than 200 kilocalories. These are a variety of pastries, desserts and even crispy potatoes. After all, it makes a big difference how your favorite dish is prepared.

Diet casserole with cabbage. The idea was shared by nutritionist Lyubov Zhukovskaya(zhukovska_liubov) on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • white cabbage - 450 g
  • cheese - 120 g
  • eggs - 3 units
  • salt, spices
  • Stew oil - 20g

Method of preparation:

1. Crumble cabbage, stew with salt and spices.

2. Beat eggs, add 80g of grated cottage cheese, mix. Add the cabbage, stir to mix.

3. Pour into prepared baking dish, cover with 40g of cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Baked Potatoes with Spices. The idea was shared by food blogger Tatiana Priymak(happybearfood) on Instagram.

 

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 7 small pieces
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • black pepper - 1 tbsp.
  • dried basil - 1 tbsp.
  • curry - 1 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel and slice.

2. Boil them for about 5 minutes.

3. Then take the potatoes out of the pot, pour them into a bowl.

4. Add oil and spices to the potatoes and shake well so that the oil spreads well over the potato slices.

5. Pour the oil into a baking dish and arrange the potato slices in 1 layer.

6. Bake at 210 degrees in grill or convection mode for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • canned or boiled beans - 200 g
  • egg - 2 units
  • onion - 50 g
  • 10 % sour cream or natural yogurt - 100 gr

Method of preparation:

1.Boil the beans or use canned beans.

2.Boil the hard-boiled eggs.

3. Chop the onion.

4.Combine all ingredients, dress with sour cream or yogurt.

6. Add spices to taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2-5% fermented cottage cheese - 150 g
  • cream 10% - 80 ml
  • gelatin - 15 g
  • strawberries or other berries - 250 g
  • sweetener - as desired

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the berries and cottage cheese with a blender.

2. Heat the cream (without boiling) and count the gelatin in it.

3. Add the gelatin mixture to the curd mixture and beat with a blender.

4. Pour into the moulds and leave in the fridge to set.

5. Garnish with strawberries and mint on top.

Homemade oatmeal cookies. The idea of preparation was shared by nutritionist Marina Petushchenko(marina_dietolog_orineo) on Instagram.

 

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese - 250 g
  • oat flakes - 100 g
  • apple - 100 g
  • banana - 170 g
  • honey - 10 g
  • half lemon juice - 25g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the cheese with the oat flakes, lemon juice and honey and grate thoroughly. Leave for 30-40 minutes.

2. Grate an apple, whip a banana with a blender, add the fruit to the cheese and oatmeal mixture, mix everything.

3. With wet hands or a spoon, place cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a Teflon mat.

4. Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
