Tiramisu for children: how to make a safe dessert

Tiramisu is prepared in the classic version with coffee, alcohol, and raw eggs. But if you are preparing a dessert for children, replace the coffee with fruit syrup, and do not use eggs or alcohol.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare tangerine tiramisu on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 300 g of peeled tangerines
- 20-50 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 250 ml. 33% cream
- 200 g. savoyardi biscuits
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and grind the tangerines in a blender bowl. Pour into a saucepan, add sugar and put on the fire. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat, pour into a plate and cool.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the icing sugar and put in a water bath, stirring constantly, warm for 5 minutes.
3. After beating with a mixer until white and add the mascarpone, mix until smooth (no need to beat for a long time).
4. In a separate bowl, whip the very cold cream to peaks (it is better to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping). Transfer the cream to the curd mass and mix gently until smooth.
5. Assemble the dessert in the mold: put the first layer of savoyardi cookies, dip them in tangerine juice for 3-4 seconds. Spread the cream on top, repeat layer by layer until you run out of ingredients, the last layer should be cream. Smooth the surface, garnish with tangerines and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Put in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
