Three-Cup thin pancakes that won't tear: How to make the perfect batter

Every housewife knows how to make homemade pancakes, but very often they tear or the dough turns out with lumps. For pancakes to be successful and not tear, culinary experts advise adding butter, vegetable or melted butter, to the batter.
Culinarian Alina Foudy shared a recipe on her YouTube channel for thin, successful pancakes on water that won't tear.
Tip: To keep the pancakes from tearing, add melted butter and vegetable oil to the batter!
Ingredients:
- Large eggs - 2 pcs. (if small, you can take 3 pcs.)
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1/3 tsp.
- Flour - 1 cup (130 g)
- Warm milk - 1 cup (200 g)
- Warm water - 1 cup (200 g) You can use milk instead of water
- Butter - 30g (2 tbsp. vegetable oil can be substituted)
Method of preparation:
1. To the eggs add salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, melted butter or vegetable oil, flour, gradually add milk and water, mix to avoid lumps. Leave the dough to stand for 5-10 minutes.
2. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes until brown on each side.
