Pizza is a dish that is loved by almost everyone and can be made with any kind of dough, even pita bread and vegetables such as potatoes and zucchini. If you do decide to make your own pizza dough, according to culinary experts, it is best to use water.
Cook Anna shared a recipe for a successful yeast pizza dough on Instagram, which turns out to be very fluffy and thin when rolled out.
Tip: be sure to add olive oil to the dough!
Ingredients:
- warm water – 200 ml
- flour – 350 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
- dry yeast – 6 g
- olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Filling: you can use any ingredients you like, for example: ketchup, cheese, tomato, mozzarella, corn, olives, sausage, or cheese.
Method of preparation:
1. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar, and mix it.
2. Sift the flour, add salt, pour into the dough, and mix it. The dough will be sticky.
3. Add olive oil to the dough and knead until smooth for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl greased with olive oil and leave for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size.
4. Divide the dough into two parts. Then cover the parchment, sprinkle with flour, and roll out the dough into a circle to the width of the parchment and form the sides.
5. Put the filling with the sauce and let the pizza rise for 10-15 minutes.
6. Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
