Ingredients:

  • 700 g of boneless pork tenderloin
  • 2-3 tbsp. l. oil

Filling:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 70 g of hard cheese
  • parsley

Sauce:

  • 200 g sour cream (20% fat)
  • 200 ml of water
  • salt, black pepper
  • 1/3 tsp. dried garlic
  • 2 tsp. flour

Method of preparation:

1. Cut and beat the meat.

2. Fry the onions and mushrooms, add the grated cheese and herbs.

3. Put the filling into the meat, wrap the dumplings and fry until golden brown.

4. Sauce: mix flour with water and sour cream, spices.

Pour the sauce into the dumplings and simmer until tender.
