Tastier than cutlets and chops: meat rolls with onions and carrots
Pork can be used to make not only cutlets and chops but also delicious rolls with various fillings.

Ingredients:
- pork
- carrot
- onion
- sour cream
- tomato paste
- mayonnaise (or cream cheese)
- seasoning for meat (favorite spices)
- salt pepper
- oil
- dill, rosemary
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and fry until soft. Mix with dill, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Pound the meat, sprinkle each piece with spices, and brush with mayonnaise.
3. Spread a tablespoon of the filling and wrap in the rolls. For safety, you can fix it with a toothpick.
4. Fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown.
5. In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp. of sour cream, 1 tsp of tomato paste, and half a glass of water, add salt and pepper. Pour over the rolls, add rosemary for flavor, and put in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 C.
