Yogurt casserole is a delicious and healthy alternative to cottage cheese one. The biggest advantage is that it does not contain flour, so it is not as high in calories. It is especially delicious when topped with chocolate, berries, raisins, or fruit.
Food blogger Olha (olha.holovina) shared a recipe for a delicious yogurt casserole without flour on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- yogurt - 400 g
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- corn starch - 4 tbsp.
- sugar - 50 g
- lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
- berries - 80 g
- chocolate - optional
Method of preparation:
1. Mix yogurt, eggs, sugar and lemon juice with a whisk until smooth.
2. Add starch and mix again until smooth.
3. Wash and dry berries with a napkin or a towel and sprinkle with starch. Chop chocolate. Add everything to the yogurt mixture. Mix well.
4. Pour the resulting mass into a mold covered with parchment. Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes, then at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
5. Be sure to let the finished casserole cool completely.
