Ingredients:
- 700 g of cottage cheese 5%
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- 50 g of corn starch
- a pinch of salt
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 150-200 g raisins
Method of preparation:
1. Add eggs, sugar, starch, and vanilla sugar to the cottage cheese and beat with a blender.
2. Add the raisins and mix.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the cottage cheese mixture.
4. Bake until done.
