Ingredients:
Filling:
- meat - 700 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Dough for pancakes
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- flour - 6 full tablespoons
- salt - two pinches
- sugar - 1 tablespoon
- milk - 150-200 ml
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, pass meat with onion through a meat grinder, add salt and pepper, and mix.
2. For the dough, beat eggs and add salt and sugar. Mix with a whisk. Add flour, a little milk, mix and fry the pancakes.
3. Cut pancakes in half, add the filling and roll them into a triangle. Fry until golden brown.
Serve hot. You can add sour cream!
