Spicy onion appetizer: ready in minutes
This appetizer can be a great side dish for meat or just an independent dish. It is made from ordinary onions, so you won't have any problems finding ingredients because this product is always at hand. This dish is often cooked in Eastern countries, but in Ukraine, many people will also like it because we add onions everywhere.

Ingredients:
- small shallots
- olive oil
- dried herbs, rosemary, thyme, oregano
- sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Peel onions.
2. Put the onions in a baking dish in a row.
3. Drizzle with oil.
4. Sprinkle with a little sugar and dried herbs.
5. Put in a preheated oven, normal mode or grill with air at 180-200 degrees.
6. As soon as the onions are browned on one side, turn them over, sprinkle with herbs again, and mix well.
7. Bake further until tender.
8. The onions should be soft and brown.
