Spectacular New Year's appetizer with carrots that looks like tangerines: simple to prepare

If you want to prepare a delicious vegetable appetizer or salad for the New Year's table, choose, for example, baked beets and carrots. They go well with chicken, cheese, and herring.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious holiday salad called with chicken, cream cheese and carrots on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• chicken fillet - 1 pc.
• eggs - 3 pcs.
• Philadelphia cheese - 160 g
• garlic - 2-3 pcs.
• carrots - 3 pcs.
• salt, pepper - to taste

For the decoration:

• peppercorns and spinach.

Method of preparation:

1. Boil chicken, carrots and eggs until tender.

2. Grind prepared fillet in a blender and put it in a bowl. Grate eggs and garlic on a fine grater. Add Philadelphia cheese, salt and mix well. Form balls.

3. Finely grate carrots and squeeze out the juice.

4. Put a tablespoon of carrots on the plastic wrap, flatten and form a circle. Place a ball with the filling inside. Pinch the edges of the film and form "tangerines".

5. Place on a plate and garnish each ball with pepper and spinach leaves.
