Homemade cheese cakes can be made from cottage cheese, as well as in a salty form with sulguni cheese. To make the base homogeneous, be sure to add one egg.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese 5% - 350 g
  • Sulguni - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Flour - 30 g
  • Parsley.

Method of preparation:

1. Grind the cheese with a fork and add the egg, mix.

2. Grate the sulguni on a coarse grater and add the cheese.

3. Add a pinch of salt, flour, and finely chopped parsley and mix.

4. Form the cheese cakes, dip each ball in flour, and cook over low heat under a lid on both sides.
