Ingredients:
- chicken breast - 500 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic
- egg - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beast chicken, onion and garlic in a blender.
2. Add egg, salt, and pepper.
3. Put the finished mass on the cling film and wrap it up.
4. Boil the sausages in boiling water. Then remove the film and fry.
