You will be delighted when you first try this dish. Flavorful pork ribs baked in kvass with spices and garlic will melt in your mouth and make you feel incredibly good.

Are you ready to live this pleasure? Then cook. Take 1 kg of pork ribs, wash them, cut into 1-2 segments and remove the film. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Chop a whole garlic clove and add to the meat. Add 2-3 tbsp of sunflower oil to a preheated pan and fry the pork until golden brown. Transfer the fried ribs to a deep baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tsp oregano. Pour 1 liter of dark kvass. The meat will become tender.

Put the baking dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the pork with kvass for 1 hour.

Put the finished ribs in a dish and cover with foil to keep them hot until serving. Pour the remaining kvass into a saucepan and leave for another 15 minutes to create a thick sauce. To thicken the sauce, mix 2 tbsp of flour with 50 g of soft butter. Gradually add the mixture to the saucepan, stirring with a whisk to keep the sauce smooth and lump-free. When serving, pour the sauce generously over the still-warm ribs and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. You're done.
