Puff pastry pie with cheese and spinach: a great breakfast in a few minutes

Today we are going to make a cheese and spinach pie using ready-made puff pastry. This way you get a delicious dish that can be eaten for breakfast or a snack.
The recipe for this simple but delicious pie was shared by food blogger Tati Chudnova. On Instagram, she told us how to prepare the filling correctly so that the pie does not turn out dry.
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry – 500 g
- Cheese – 100 g
- Spinach – 75 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Salt
- Provencal herbs – 1 tsp.
- Eggs for greasing
- Sesame seeds
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the dough and put it in a warm place to rise a little.
2. Combine all the ingredients for the filling and spread on one half of the dough, slightly stepping back from the edges.
3. Cover with the second half of the dough, seal the edges, and cut off the excess.
4. Make cuts on top with a knife, brush with beaten egg or egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
5. Bake in the oven at 180° for 35–40 minutes.
