Perfect water-based pizza dough in 10 minutes: sharing a simple recipe
Pizza is one of the most delicious and satisfying dishes that can be prepared in a hurry and can be eaten for lunch, dinner, or even a snack. There are many pizza recipes, with different doughs and toppings. But it's worth noting that the taste of the dish depends on the dough, so it should be soft, thin, and elastic.
The recipe for perfect, thin pizza dough was posted on the Instagram page (yimo_in_ukraine ).
Ingredients:
- Flour – 2 cups
- Dry yeast – 5 g
- Salt – 1/3 tsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Warm water – 160 ml
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the dry ingredients.
2. Dilute the olive oil with warm water and add to the flour, knead the dough, and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
3. Then shape the pizza and add any toppings.
4. Bake at 220 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
