Homemade pancakes are one of the simplest and most delicious dishes that can be the basis for making cakes with various fillings, as well as julienne and pancakes. It is very important to make a good dough during cooking, not necessarily with milk, it can be replaced with kefir, yogurt, sour cream, whey, and even water.
Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and elastic whey pancakes that are very quick and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp. l
- salt - a pinch
- whey - 500-550 ml
- flour - 250 g
- soda - 0.3 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt and sugar. Pour in a third of the flour, mix and pour in the whey, stir to avoid lumps.
2. Add more flour and pour in the whey again, mix well. ⠀
3. Then add the oil and the rest of the whey, mix until smooth.
4. Add baking soda, mix and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
5. Then fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
